摘要
在阐述企业多元化经营战略理论的基础上，提出企业实行多元化经营战略的基本条件．最后指出企业开展多元化经营应着重注意以下问题：①尊重企业成长的客观规律，科学选择多元化的具体模式；②合理选择投资方向、经营范围；③应充分发挥企业自身优势等。
On the basis of the explanation of the strategic theory of multivariate operation of enterprises, this paper describes the basic conditions for practising the strategy. Then some problems are presented which deserve to be noted for enterprises to practise the multivariate operation.
