摘要
国企改革已进入最后攻坚阶段，如何提高国企的绩效，始终是国有企业改革的重点和难点。本文试图从理论和实证的角度分析产权、竞争、创新对国企绩效的影响，探讨国企改革的新思路，并提出初步的设想。
The reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the final stage of 'storming heavily fortified positions'. How to improve the performance of enterprises is always the key and difficult problem. This paper tries to analyze from the theoretical and positivist's viewpoint the effects of property right, competitioon, and creation on the performance of state enterprises, explores the new train of thought for the reform of state enterprises, and presents the tentative ideas.
