It is a critical and important subject to construct new public security working mechanism to adapt to the development of market economy. The new public security working mechanism should consist of 5 forms which are of quick reaction,of prevention from and dealing with the crime at the beginning,of security prevention of implementation,of the law of maintaining public security.
