氢化可的松丁酯与曲安萘德治疗神经性皮炎和湿疹的比较

Comparison between hydrocortisone butyrate and triamcinolone acetonide in neurodermatitis and eczema

神经性皮炎35例与湿疹21例采用0.1％氢化可的松17 α丁酯霜治疗;另外神经性皮炎35例与湿疹19例采用0.1％曲安萘德霜治疗;后者作为对照组进行双盲法试验。结果表明2组的疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。证明了没有氟的氢化可的松17 α丁酯霜与曲安萘德霜在相同浓度㈠广效相同。

In this double-blind test, 110 patients with neurodermatitis and eczema were divided into topical 0.1% cream hydrocortisone 17 a -butyrate(n= 56, neurodermatitis 35, eczema 21)and 0.1% cream triamcinolone acetonide(n=54, neurodermatitis 35, eczema 19)groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects between them,(P>0.05). It is demonstrated that a non-halogenated corticosteroid is proven to be as effective as triamcinolone acetonide in the same concentration.
