摘要
报道茴拉西坦治疗记忆减退60例疗效的双盲对照观察。治疗组和安慰组各30例,治疗组服200mg,tid,共2mo。结果治疗组记忆商上升16±9,安慰组上升8±7,2组组间记忆商增值有非常显著差别(P<0.01)。未见明显不良反应,故可供临床选用。
A double-blind trial of aniracetam in treatment of hypomnesis was made on 60 patients, who were equally divided into treated group (200 nig, po, tid) and placebo group (starch capsules). The memory quotient of treated group increased by 16 ± 9, while that of the placebo group increased by 8± 7(P<0.01). No apparent adverse reactions were observed. Hence aniracetam may be chosen for clinical use in hypomnesis.
