文章通过对资本输出在历史上形态演变的论述 ,分析了跨国公司在全球化经营中与技术资本化的内在联系 ,以及资本化的技术与市场控制的相互依赖及互动关系。在全球制度保障体系下 ,技术的资本化既是跨国公司资本增值的重要手段 。

By discussing the morphological evolution of capital exporting in the past, this paper makes an analysis on the inner relationship between transnational corporations in the process of global management and capitalization of technology, as well as the interdependent and interdynamic relationship between the capitalized technology and market control. In the globally guaranteed system, capitalization of technology is one means for transnational corporations to increase their capital value and an important part in economical globalization.
