Influences of instructional technology on foreign language teaching and learning

外语教学从电化教育时期又步入教育技术的新时代。教育技术的出现给外语教学媒体、方法、师生教学特点、师生关系、教室与学校的概念等将带来新的变化 。

Foreign language teaching is developing from audio-video instruction towards an age of instructional technology, which predicts new changes in instructional media, methodology, teaching and learning styles, relation between the teacher and students, concept of classrooms and schools, etc. These changes to some extent will play an active role in improving the quality and efficiency of language teaching and learning.
