通过对中国宋朝文人郭沔的古琴音乐《潇湘水云》和德国巴洛克时期的伟大作曲家巴赫《创意曲》的具体分析 ,以及兼顾对这两类音乐整体创作特点的把握 ,探讨其同各自相关文化、哲学内涵之间的关系 ,以其从问题的根本点和直接关系中 ,阐明中西音乐最本质的差异和个性特征存在依据、存在条件及其根源。

This paper analyzes the music work “Xiao Xiang Water and Clouds” composed by Guo Mian in Song Dynasty in China and the “Invention” by Bach. By discussing the related cultures and philosophical relations between the two, it tries to indicate the fundamental differences between the Chinese and western music, to explain the background, the conditions and origins of the characteristics of each.
