Speed up the Development of Telecommunications of Le Shan District to Greet the Development of Western Regions

通信信息业的战略地位十分重要。但四川乐山地区与东中部相比 ,无论在规模、效益、技术等方面均有不少差距。突出的问题是资金短缺 ,负债率高。因此必须高瞻远瞩立足现实 ,制定切实可行的规划 。

Telecommunications are of strategic importance. Le Shan District, lagging far behind central and East China in scales of development, economic benifit and technology, is now besieged with two glaring problems: shortage of funds and high ratio of debt. Therefore, plans of development must be worked out on a realistic and practical basis in order to accelerate the improvement of telecommunications of Le Shan District.
