素质系统观:当代高等教育的理想

Views of Man's Quality System: Ideals of Contemporary Higher Education

人的素质是一种系统 ,而素质教育继承了人类历史上有关人的全面发展的教育理想 ,其中也包括对马克思主义教育理想的继承和发展。基于这种认识 ,本文指出 ,高等学校素质教育必须注重校园文化建设 ,确立人的素质是一种系统的教育目的观、继承“君子不器”的传统人才观、文理并重以超越教育价值分裂的教育现状。

Man's quality is seen as a system. Quality education has inherited the educational ideals in the history of mankind that man should develop in an all round way. It also includes the inheritance and development of marxist educational ideals. Based on this understanding, the author points out that great attention should be paid to the cultivation of campus culture, an integral part of quality education in institutions of higher learning. The view that man's quality is a certain kind of system should be established, the traditional view of talents that “Gentlemen are gifted in many ways” should be inherited and equal stress should be laid on both literal courses and science courses so as to change the existing divisive state of educational value.
