Historical Evolution and Revelation of the Party Building in Institutions of Higher Learning since the Founding of New China

建国以来 ,我国高校中党的领导问题 ,经历了一个从初建核心、重建核心、再树核心的探索过程。实践证明 ,加强高校党的建设 ,必须明确其首要任务是坚持党的领导 ,重要内容是坚持“两手抓 ,两手都要硬”的基本观点 ,体制保证是坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制 ,指导思想是坚持马列主义。

Since the founding of New China, the Party leadership of the institutions of higher learning has undergone a process of establishing, reestablishing and establishing once again the core of leadership as has been proved through practice. It is a task of primary improtance to adhere to the leadership of the Party so as to strengthen the Party building in institutions of higher learning. This must be made clear. One important content is the basic view of “grasp with both hands and both hands must be firm.” The guarantee of the system of organization is to uphold and perfet the system of presidential responsibility under the leadership of the Party committee. The guilding ideology is to adhere to marxism Leninism, Mao Tse tung thought and Deng Xiao ping theory.
