胎盘多肽治疗慢性支气管炎220例

Placental polypeptides in 220 patients with chronic bronchitis

慢性支气管炎150例用胎盘多肽治疗,用量2mL(胎盘组织提取物3g)im,bid×10d,乃2mL,qd×20d,再2mL,qod×15d,加常规药物(青霉素80万U,链霉素0.5g, im, bid×45d,镇咳药);70例接受胎盘多肽,40例用常规药物。结果总有效率3组分别为84％,64％和55％,3组细胞免疫指标上升率分别为62％,50％,40％,提示胎盘多肽能改善其细胞免疫功能。

One hundred and fifty patients(M119, F31; age54+14a)with chronic bronchitis were treated with 2 mL placenta] polypeptides(PP),(placental tissue extract 3 g),im bid for 10 d, then 2 mL qd for 20 d, and then 2 mL qod for 15 d, in addition, conventional therapy with penicillin 800 000 U and streptomycin 0. 5g, im, bid for 45 d, antitussive were given. Seventy similar patients received PP and forty patients received conventional therapy. The results showed that the total response rates of the first group was 84%, the second group 64%, and the third group 55%.The increasing rate of cellular immunity indices of the three groups were 62%,50%, and 40% respectively. It is suggested that PP' can improve the cellular immunity function in patients with chronic bronchitis.
