《北华大学学报》是以反映北华大学科研和教学成果为主 ,以培养人才 ,推介科学、技术与理论成果和服务社会为己任的综合性学术刊物。办刊的方针是 :改革、推新、兼容、求精。学报的方向性是学报统率之首 ,学术性是学报立身之本 ,科学性是学报生命之魂 ,创新性是学报繁荣之源。

Journal of Beihua University is intended primarily for presenting scientific researches and educational achievements of Beihua University. It is a comprehesive and academic periodical, training geniuses for profession, popularizing and introducing achievements of science, technology and theory, serving the society. The principle of Journal of Beihua University is clearly set up:reform,spread of advanced achievements, compatibility and seeking for ever greater. The directivity is command of Journal, the academic nature is basis of Journal, the scientificalness is spirit of Journal,the innovation is resource of Journal prosperity. Editors working on the Journal should be established.
