Influence of Traditional Culture on Food and Drink Culture

摘要 中国传统文化博大精深 ,而最能代表传统文化精神核心的当属饮食文化。饮食文化中的“五味”说就是以阴阳五行 ,阴阳消长 ,五行生克的哲学思想为基础的 ;而饮食文化中所追求的“原物、原形、原汁”等 ,就是从道家思想所崇尚的“自然清淡”中繁衍而来的 ;色、香、味是饮食文化所讲究的 ,它更是儒家美学思想———食精脍细所要求的 ;原始神话作为一种极其复杂的社会文化现象 ,时刻影响人们的日常生活 ,而饮食活动自然也是处于其氛围之中 ,受其影响 。 Chinese traditional culture is extensive and profound,and it is food and drink culture that can most represent its quintessence.In food and drink culture,“the five flavours”which are based on such philosophical thought as “yin and yang”and “the five elements”,“growth and decline of yin and yang”,“mutual promotion and restraint between the five elements”.In addition,“Original material,original shape and original juice”,suggested in food and drink culture,have been developed from“the natural and light idea”which is held by the Taoist School.Moreover,in food and drink culture,“colour,savouriness and flavour”are the same as “fine and delicious food”held by the aesthetic thought of the Confucian School. Primitive mythes,as a very complicated social and cultural phenomenon, always influence people's daily lives.Food and drink,then,is naturally influenced by primitive mythes,remaining various marks of them.
