摘要
通过对高校肥胖大学生开设身体锻炼方法及运动实践课程 ,使肥胖大学生身体素质得到明显提高 ,与全国同龄学生相比差距逐步减小。该实践较好地体现了区别对待、因材施教的教学原则 ,是体育教学中一项有益的尝试。
By means of opening the course of physical exercise skills and sports practice, the physical quality of the overweight college students has been greatly increased. Such a practice successfully embodies the teaching principle of treating differently and teaching accordingly, which is also concidered as a benificial attempt in PE teaching.
