摘要
对早在“百家争鸣”时期就已成为显学的儒家的“德治”学说 ,韩非从法家的立场 ,进行了尖锐的批驳。韩非以其“人性自为论”批驳了构成“德治”学说理论前提的“人性善”论 ,以其“德化无用论”批驳了构成“德治”学说核心的“道德教化论”,并以其“道德虚伪论”揭露了“德治”学说的内在矛盾及其在实践中表现出的苍白无力。韩非的这些批驳 ,切中了儒家道德至上思想的要害 ,对于后世指正儒家“德治”
From the view of a legalist,Hanfei passed sharp criticism on the powerful and influencial confucianists rule of virtue theory in the period of contention of a hundred schools of thought.He refuted their good human nature and morality by evil human nature and useless of morality.He revealed the inner contradiction and contradictions in practice of the confucianists theory because of their moral hypocrisy. Hanfei s criticism hitthe vital point of rule of virtue and showed us the shortcomings of the theory.
