摘要
尼卡地平缓释胶囊治疗原发性高血压62例(男性38例,女性24例;年龄58±5a),其中51例单用尼卡地平缓释胶囊40mg, po, bid,共8wk;11例在原用卡托普利基础上加用该药,剂量方法同前。结果:显效45％(28/62),总有效率85％。该药对各种程度的高血压病患者疗效均较好,收缩压下降幅度达3.7±0.3kPa,不良反应小。
Sixty-two patients (M 38,F 24; age 58±5a)with essential hypertension were treated with slow release nicardipine capsule (Perdipine LA) 40 mg po bid for 8 wk. In 11 patients.it was used in addition to previous antihypertensive therapy .Results showed the effect was remarkable in 45% (28/62) and the total response rate was 85%. The response rates were similar in patients with different severities of hypertension. The lowering of systolic blood pressure attained 3. 7?. 3kPa. Within 1 wk after treatment, there appeared palpitation, headache, polyuria and flushing but all were mild and need not withdraw.
