小剂量甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎

A low-dose trial of methotrexate for therapy of rheumatoid arthritis

对常规用非甾体抗炎药治疗顽固性类风湿关节炎56例(男性9例,女性47例,年龄47±11a,病程9±6a),加用甲氨蝶呤,剂量wk1服5mg,分2次服,wk2开始7.5mg,分3次服,6mo为一个疗程。常规组26例仅服非甾体抗炎药。结果前组有效率37％,后组15％(P<0.01)。前组不良反应48％(恶心、呕吐、厌食、口腔炎、头晕、皮疹)。

Fifty-six patients (M 9, F 47, age 47 ±?11 a) with refractory rheumatoid arthritis(course of disease 9 ± 6 a) received in addition to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID), methotrexate tablet 5 mg/wk in two-divided doses po for the first week, 7.5 mg in three-divided doses for following weeks for 6 mo. Another 26 patients received NSAID served as controls. The results showed that the curative effect was 37% in the former group and 15% in the latter group(P<0.01). Adverse reactions of nausea, anorexia, stomatitis, dizziness, skin rash were seen in the former group.
