非诺贝特治疗高脂血症81例

Treatment with fenofibrate of hyperlipemia in 81 patients

高脂血症患者121例,其中81例(男性37例,女性44例;年龄59±10a)采用非诺贝特100mg, tid, po治疗;40例(男性19例,女性21例;年龄62±6a)采用烟酸肌醇酯200mg, tid, po治疗。2组均以30d为一个疗程。结果:非诺贝特使TC,TG, LDL-ch及血液流变学各指标明显降低(P<0.01),HDL-ch明显升高(P<0.01),总有效率90％,明显高于烟酸肌醇酯的总有效率50％(P<0.05)。

This study selected 121 patients, among whom, 81 patients(M 37, F 44; age 59 ± 10 a) were treated with fenofibrate(Lipanthyl-Fournier Lab, France)100 mg, tid, po, for 30 d. And 40 patients(M 19, F 21;age 62 ?6 a)were treated with inositol nicotinate 200 mg, tid, po, for 30 d. Results showed that the fenofibrate decreased the level of TC, TG, LDL-ch and the parameters of rheology(P < 0.01);and increased the level of HDL-ch(P< 0.01). The total response rate was 90% in fenofibrate group, vs 50% in inositol nicotinate group(P<0.05).
