On Legal Protection for Electronic Publications and System Reconstruction of Rights of Traditional Writings

本文分析了电子出版物受著作权法保护的理论基础 ;系统地总结了电子出版物受法律保护的方式及存在的问题 ;论证了我国修改《著作权法》,制定一部《出版法》,将有关编辑和出版方面的规定划出《著作权法》而纳入《出版法》

This article analyzes the theoretical basis that the law of rights of Writings must protect the electronic publications. It also systematically summaries the methods and reveals the existing problems concerning the legal protection of electronic publications. The necessities of amending the law of “Rights of Writings”, drawing up the “Law for Publications” and stipulating the editing and publisting rules in the above laws are verified.
