英汉科技翻译除了语言技巧外 ,还要把握好相关科技背景知识。本文通过对《英汉翻译教程》中若干例句翻译的探讨 ,指出了其中的一些不当和失误 。
Besides better Chinese and translation skills, one has to grasp the related background knowledge of science and technology in translation. Probing into some examples of the sentence translation, the paper points out some mistakes and errors to further improve the accuracy in translation.
