新经济正在以全新的方式影响着经济生活的每一个角落 ,更使得很多国家的经济结构与经济组织发生不同于以往的变化 ,尤其是对知识、技术与管理能力的重视使人力资本的概念日益清晰 ,并开始在很多地方对传统理论产生潜移默化的影响。本文希望从人力资本的角度出发分析企业的一些性质 ,如企业本质、产生根源、企业制度演变等 ,为企业治理结构。

New economy influences every corner of the economical life in a completely new form. It changes the economical structures and economical organizations different to that of before in many countries. The importance to be attached to knowledge, technology and management makes the concept of human capital more clearer each day. It exerts subtle influence on traditional theory in many different places. This paper analyses the nature of enterprise from the angle of human capital, such as nature of enterprise, root of production, evolution of enterprise system. It has done some fundamental studies on enterprise structuring and enterprise culture.
