摘要
本文首先分析了组织绩效、组织信任与信任成本之间的相互关系 ,然后运用信息不对称的原理分析了组织中的信任不对称现象。认为组织机构重构可能会造成组织中原本隐含存在的信任不对称现象更加明显化 ,从而使得组织内部的信任成本增加。
The relationship among organizational performance, organizational trusts and cost of trust was analyzed in this paper. The asymmetry of trust in an organization was also analyzed using the theory of information asymmetry. The conclusion of the analysis is that the rebuild of organizational structure makes latent asymmetry of trust in organizations more evident. Therefore the more evident asymmetry of trust will increase the cost of trust in an organization and bring in negative influence in the organizational performance.
