摘要
郭嵩焘是近代中国一位思想激进而受诟骂的洋务思想家 ,是清政府正式派遣“西欧”的首任大使。郭嵩焘的洋务思想 ,在清政府的决策层官员中产生过一定的影响 ,且清末洋务运动实由郭嵩焘策划发起。本文拟就郭嵩焘的洋务思想予以探讨 。
Guo Sungshou was a radical and condemned ideologist on foreign affairs in contemporary China. He was appointed as the first Chinese ambassador to take the position in Western Europe by Qing Dynasty government. His idea on foreign affairs influenced some decisions of Qin officials. As the result, it was Guo Sungshuo who structured the foreign affairs of Qin Dynasty. This paper discusses his ideal on foreign affairs and evaluates his ideology on an unbiased ground.
