颈椎康药袋治疗颈椎病双盲对照200例

A double-blind trial of Jing-zhui-kang medicinal bag in treatment of cervical spondylopathy in 200 patients

设治疗组100例(男性36例,女性64例;年龄46±s 11a),对照组100例(男性32例,女性68例;年龄44±9a)。用随机及双盲法验证颈椎康药袋的疗效。每晚睡觉时,治疗组用颈椎康药袋,对照组用模拟药袋。2组均服颈椎康丸2粒/次,2次/d。3wk后,颈后部及肩臂痛等8项指标改善的总有效率,治疗组为88％,对照组为46％,2组差别有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。

Two hundred patients with cervical spondylopathy were randomly sampled for the double-blind clinical trial of effect of Jing-zhui-kang medicinal bag (JZK-bag) (200 patients were also received po JZK-pill, 2 pill, bid). It was made from Chinese herbal medicine including Chuanxiong. After a treatment course of 3 wk the total response rate was 88% in the use of JZK-bag group (100 cases, M36, F64; 46±lla), and it was better than the 46% of the control group with the mimetic placebo bag (100 cases, M32, F68; 44±9a).
