腐败正在渗入各国的政治、经济文化生活的各个领域 ,日益成为社会改革的阻碍和腐化剂。我国的反腐败斗争取得了一系列成果 ,但是同时也在斗争中反映出了一个突出的问题 :我国的法律监督体系还存在着缺陷和漏洞 ,还不能很好地适应社会主义市场经济条件下的反腐败斗争。
