摘要
本文主要分析了建立经营者激励机制的必要性 ,着重阐述了激励机制的两个组成部分——报酬激励和精神激励 ,并且提出 ,在建立有效激励机制的同时 ,要辅之以强有力的约束机制 。
This article analyses the necessity for the establishment of the incentive mechanism to the executives of state enterprises, with the emphasis on the exposition of the two parts of the incentive mechanism——reward incentive & spiritual incentive, and suggests that the incentive mechanism should be set up together with a powerful binding mechanism so as to produce & establish a contigent of high quality and professional executives
