摘要
本文应用力学知识 ,阐述了蹦床起跳动作各环节的一般原理 ,并结合规则 ,描绘出了符合力学原理及规则要求的蹦床起跳动作方法。
In this paper, the author uses the method of mechanical knowledge to explore the principle of trampoline's take off, and put forward the rational method according to the rule requirement and mechanical principle.
