摘要
为了探讨体育锻炼对普通女青年代谢特征的影响 ,对体育系和生物系女生 70 %最大耗氧量 (70 % V· O2 max)强度下跑台运动 2 0 m in前后的血乳酸 (BL A)、血糖 (BG)、乳酸脱氢酶(L DH)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶 (ICDH)活性进行比较。结论 :在相同的相对负荷应激下 ,体能较高者生理反应较小 ,无氧供能比重较低 ,运动后 BL A较低 ,静息及恒负荷后 ,2组间血糖、血清酶活性均无明显差异 ,说明用这些指标衡量机能水平不敏感。
The BLA,BG, LDH and ICDH of female college students who major in physical education and biology were tested before and after a 20min. 70%V·O 2max treadmill running. The result shows that, under same relative load, the anaerobic metabolism, BLA of physical education majored student are lower than that of biology majored student. After the exercise, there is no significant difference of BG, serum enzyme activity between these two groups of student. This result means these indices are not sensitive enough to evaluate function level.
