摘要
本文报导了养殖的与天然生长的对虾和鲍鱼的蛋白质和脂质等的分析结果。为对其营养价值的评价及人工配合饵料提供依据。结果如下: 1)这二种海珍品,其天然的与养殖的一般营养成分含量相似,都是优良的高蛋白低脂肪的营养品。 2)两者脂质中不饱和脂肪酸的含量均在43%以上。不饱和脂肪酸能促进脑细胞的成长。 3)两者蛋白质生物合成中的限制氨基酸都是苯丙氨酸和蛋氨酸。
The analytical results of protein and lipids etc. of both prawn and halio-tises under cultural and natural conditions are reported as follows;(1) The content of general nutrional component in both of the animals is similar. They are all very good nutritrional food in high protein and low fat.(2) The content of unsaturaled fatty acid in the fat is over 43% in both of the animals.(3) The limitary amino acid for biosynthesis of protein in both of the animals are all phenylalanine and methionine.
