《红楼梦》在国外传播的跨文化翻译问题

《红楼梦》的跨文化翻译是困难的 ,这不仅是由于译者有着自己对原著的“前理解”(Preunderstanding) ,同时还由于不同国家文化差异形成的翻译过程中的“文化过滤” ,造成翻译失真 ,如采用翻译理论中的“等效翻译” ,或可对这种情况有所纠正。从这个意义上讲 ,不仅是《红楼梦》 。

The translating of The Story of the Stone is very difficult,not only because of the translator's preuderstanding of the original,but also because of the cultural screening caused by cultural differences,which will lead to translation distortion.But maybe the equivalent translation can solve the problem.So we can put it into practice in translating famous works.
