Teachers are the main factors in building up the good relationship between teachers and students.The teachers should follow some basic principles in getting along with the students.This article states some principles,such as loving students,treating them equally,setting examples for them,respecting students,understanding them,guiding them,keep secrets for them and keep certain space from the opposite sex.
