也谈“规律既不能创造,也不能消灭”

On “Rules cannot be Created,nor eliminated”

规律和物质的客观性在是否可感、有无内容上的要素点方面有所区别。规律存在于事物的全过程 ,但并不否认相对静止点规律的存在。无论对自然界还是社会历史 ,规律都是“既不能创造 ,也不能消灭”。
