摘要
本文通过对国内外关于人力资本教育经济效益的主要理论进行的比较研究 ,指出各种理论在理论来源、分析思路和计量方法上的区别 ,由此总结出各种理论的出发点。
Some important theories about economic benefits from personnel capital education are studied comparably in this paper. Furthermore, the authors analyze and compare the discriminations of these theories in theoritical sources analyses threads and metrical methods. Based on these analyses, the authors provide a basic idea that these theories have in quality.
