Mao Zedong's military theory is a significant component of Mao Zedong thoughts. It's the treasure of military theory in China. Though the time is different, they are different in approaches but equal stactics theory in result and mixed together each other. Meamwhile, they are fused with modern management thoughts and are of singinficance in modern management specially 'Making a surprise raid' that Mao Zedong and Sun zi both praised highly is favored and adopted. The article attempt to analyze and introduce the two mixture from the pith of 'Making a surprise raid' and how to realize 'defeating one's opponent by a surprise move'.\;
