摘要 该文围绕信息时代对微电子技术的需求 ,简要介绍了VLSI的现状和发展概况 ,并揭示了超高速VLSI和系统LSI中的若干问题 ,对微电子技术发展的其它方面也作了阐述。 Around the needs of microelectronic technology, the current situation and the development of VLSI are briefly introduced.Some of the problems relating to super high speed VLSI and system LSI are described.Finally,other aspects of microelectronic technology are presented in broad outline.
