摘要
本文结合创建国家一级档案馆的具体实践 ,探讨了档案馆的软、硬件建设 ,指出档案馆的现代化建设是时代的要求。
Based on the actual work in establishing the national first grade archives,this article researches the development of archives software and hardware,and points out that necessary modernization in archives construction is the requirement of the time.
