摘要
本文以高技术产业具体生存的区域环境为立论基础 ,首先从理论上分析了环境与高技术产业系统的互动关系 ,指出环境是高技术产业成长的必要条件。然后对四川省高技术产业成长环境进行实证分析 ,得出相关结论 ,并剖析其原因 ,在此基础上提出了相应的建议。
Based on the concrete regional environment for high tech industry to exist, this paper theoretically analyzes the mutual relationship between environment and high tech industrial system that environment is a necessary condition for high tech industry to grow. The theoretical analysis is then confirmed by analyzing a case of Sichuan Province high tech industry. Finally it offers relevant advice.
