本文阐明了通过改变两部门总产出来调整产业结构的设想。从理论上寻找到了一条产业结构合理化途径 ,可以实现在保持国民经济生产的初始投入总量 |V|、社会产品总量 |X|和部门间技术结构A不变的情况下 ,仅仅通过调整产业结构来增加国民经济的直接经济效益总量 |M|、间接经济效益总量 |Q|。

To adjust industrial structure by changing two departments' total output, a theoretical rationalizing way of industrial structure is studied. It is discussed that “increasing total direct economic effect and total indirect economic effect in the conditions of unchangeable original total input |V|, total social products |X| and technical structure A between departments” by “only adjusting industrial structure”.
