分析美国租金管制对完全竞争市场、对住房业以及对人们的影响 ;提出由于租金管制产生的短缺的解决方案 ;
The paper analyses the effect of the Rent Control Policy in the United States on the competitive market, the residence and the people. It also puts forward the solution to the scarcity caused by the policy.Therefore a conclusion is drawn that restricting the price effect can bring about some negative consequences.
