摘要
本文从对工作团队的定义开始 ,详细阐述了以个人绩效为主的薪酬制度不能适应工作团队这种组织形式的原因 ,提出了新的薪酬制度模式 ,并且指出进行新的薪酬制度改革时应注意的问题。
To begin with the definition of work team ,the article describes the reason that the salary system based on personal performance can not adapt to work team, then refers to a new model of salary system and points out some problems that should be paid attention to during the course of innovation.
