Transformation of Human's Socialization and Establishing Concept of Moral Education in Middle Schools

我们正在经历着一场剧烈的社会变革 ,思想的变迁 ,观念的更新 ,这些推动着中学德育思想的大变革。在新思潮纷纷萌动的时代背景下 ,任何一个教师都应有自己成熟的教育教学理念即育人观 ,以确立人才培养的预期目标 ,并为目标的实现进行艰苦细致的工作。为了在现行教育体制转轨和未来社会对人才需求的趋势方面来寻找文化的、科学的途径 ,应注意人的社会化转型与中学德育思想确认这个课题。依据艰苦奋斗的时代特征 ,提出全面树立以人为本的思想 ,辩证地统一社会发展与人自身发展的双重关系 ;苏醒人性 ,启迪人格意识 ,张扬个性品质 ,帮助学生树立自尊自爱 ,自立自强的道德自我意识 ;打破数千年根深蒂固的封建等级制度在教育界的存在 ,摒弃师道尊严的陈旧观念 ,尤其是家长作风对民主家庭氛围的否定 ,建立公正平等的师生关系和家庭关系 ;在信息科学大潮涌来且泥沙俱下的时候 ,我们应帮助学生面对网络、信息时学会合理地选择 ;重新定位“班级” ,以班级改革为突破口 ,加速班主任德育主导工作的改革与创新等观念 ,旨在推动民主。

China is now undergoing radical social change.Ideological renewal has given impetus to the reform of moral education in middle schoools.Under the background of new ideological trend germinating in succession nowadays,every teacher should have a ripe concept of education so as to set an anticipated goal of fostering talents and work for it.In order to find a cultural and scientific way of fostering talents based on the existing education system that is undergoing transformation and the demand of the future society,we noticed this subject that the transition of socialization of the people and the acknowledge of moral education in middle schools.In accordance with the spirit of the time character of “diligent and hard working”,we put forward the idea of taking people as the mainstay and unifying dialectically the double relation of social development and self development.We should encourage our students to demonstrate their personality,and help them adopt the moral consciousness of self respect and self support.We should break the feudal hierarchy system that has been existing in the educational circle for thousands of years and get rid of the outmoded opinion of teachers’dignity at first, particularly the negative influence of patriarchal behavior over the democratic family atmosphere,but to establish the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship among family members on a fair and equal basis.Confronting with the great tide of information science that is mingling of good and bad,we should help our students make reasonable and proper choices in face of the network and information.We should redefine the word “class”,and make a breakthrough in class reform so as to accelerate the reform of moral education by the teacher in charge of a class,and promote to establish the concept of democracy and equality in moral education in middle schools.
