摘要
经过几代人的不懈努力 ,我国开始了由“人治”向“法治”的转变 ,实行了依法治国 ,推动了中国社会现代化的全面发展。“依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家”现在已经写入宪法 ,我国用国家根本大法的形式将这一治国方略确定下来 。
Administering according to law, building a socialistic lawful country” had been recorded in the constitution, meanwhile, it became the important symbol and certain demand of societal modernization of China. After persevering effort of several generations, People's Republic of China appears the transform from “personal rule” to “rule by law”.
