作物轮作与水土保持:《四十世纪的农民》与新政农业政策

Crop rotation and soil conservation: Farmers of forty centuries and permanent agriculture in China,Korea and Japan, 1911

当代美国土壤学家F .H .King的中国农业游记《四十世纪的农民》较为全面地挖掘了我国悠久的农学思想 ,新政农业立法中体现的水土保持、农作物轮作等思想均来自中国古代农学思想。通过回顾这位农学家代表文献的当代意义 ,指出我们有必要研究总结祖国的农学遗产 。

As a famous Chinese farm tourist notes, Farmers of forty centuries ,1911,by F.H.King,introduced Chinese ideas of soil conservation, crop rotation,and irrigation networking to the American farm circle,and it influenced the farm legislation on the New Deal. This author,trying to trace this historical affair, notes that to learn from our ancient stock of agricultural literature is a must for the present farm reform.
