The contradiction between the shortage of hi quality managing oriented farmers and the new situation and task is quite prominent in the new developing stage of agricultural and rural economy.To solve this contradiction, we should firstly define the essential charactors of hi quality managing oriented farmers and then open up the training, and meanwhile to speed up the training and create the good mechanism and environment for the healthy growth of the hi quality managing farmers.
