对于国有企业改革 ,我国的理论界与企业界对其的探讨由来已久。本文在简单回顾并分析了我国国有企业改革的历史之后 ,认为国企改革的重点是建立多元投资主体制度和构筑有效制衡的法人治理机制 。

In our country,the reform of state owned enterprises have been inquired into by both the theoretical and enterprise field.After a brief review and analysis of the history of state owned enterprises reform,the authors consider that the focal point of the reform is to build a multiple investment body system and to form a legal body's management mechanism on effective balance.Based on these,we expound a capital model of the system and a frame of the legal body's management mechanism.
