邓小平的稳定观是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,它是政治稳定、政策稳定、经济稳定、社会秩序稳定、国际环境稳定的有机统一。稳定是中国的最高利益 ,是实现社会主义现代化的必备前提 ,中国保持稳定 ,也是对全人类负责。为此 ,邓小平认为 ,要进一步深化改革 ,加快经济发展 ;加强党风廉政建设 ,加强思想政治教育工作 ;发扬社会主义民主 ,健全社会主义法制 ;坚持四项基本原则 。

Theory of Stability is one of the important parts of DengXiao ping's Theories.Theory of Stability is an organic whole of politics,principles,economy,social order and international surroundings.Stability is the supreme interest of China and essential prerequisite to realize the four modernizations.If China maintains stability,she will make a great contribution to the world peace,so Deng thought that we should make further reforms and speed up economic development,and we should build a more honest government as well as enhance people's political and ideological consciousness.Deng also stated that we should strengthen the socialist democracy and legal system.Deng put much more emphases on adhereing to the Four Cardinal Principles and fighting against the bourgeois liberalization.
