摘要
本文阐述了邓小平“三个面向”思想和江泽民“四个统一”论述的基本内涵 ,论述了实施素质教育的内在要求 ,提出了全面推进素质教育、实施创新教育。
The article elaborates on the connotations of the thought of Deng Xiaoping's “three facings” and the exposition of Jiang Zemin's “four integratings”,expounding the inner demands of implementing quality education,and advancing the train of thought and approaches for accelerating quality education,creativity education and training talents with creativity.
