论我国产业结构调整面临的难题及对策

On the problems and strategies in the adjustment of the industrial structure

我国的产业结构调整面临三大压力 :即国际竞争的压力 ,过剩经济的压力 ,劳动就业的压力。本文在分析这三大难题的基础上 ,认为要以制度创新、技术创新与观念创新来化解这三大难题 。

Chinese industrial structure adjustment is faced with three kinds pressure:international competition,economical overplus,employment stress.On the basis of analyzing the three problems,this essay suggests that solution to the problems must found through institutional innovation,technological innovation and conceptual reform.The author puts forward some thoughts concerning industrial structure adjustment in view of the three innovations.
