摘要
学校是学生学习生活的主要集体场所 ,脱离家庭的监督管教和学生的活泼好动决定了在校学生人身伤害事故的增多 ,通过对学校的性质、学校与学生的关系的分析 ,论证了对在校学生人身损害赔偿的归责原则 ,并在此基础上界定了学校应当承担的赔偿责任。
A school is the public place where students study and live. Stundent's curiosity and lack of family discipline increase the possibility of students' personal injury. By studying the characteristics of the school and the relations between the school and the student, this paper demonstrates the principles of compensation of students' personal injury.
